Location: Hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Foster City office (HQ), CA, USA

Salary: $9,600-$12,800 per month ($60-$80 per hour)

hirify.global is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market, operating at the intersection of robotics, machine learning, and design.

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to determine technical and behavioral fit for AI and software positions.
• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership.
• Manage the offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams.
• Continuously seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry.
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.
• Demonstrated tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry.
• Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques.
• Must work in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ).

Nice to have

• Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry.
• Expertise in leveraging an ATS (Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Experience working for a recruiting agency.
• Experience managing complex technical roles.
