What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain data products for internal stakeholders.
• Build scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Manage and expand the data stack, enhancing technological capabilities across hirify.global.
• Implement best practices for data quality, observability, and governance.
• Lay the foundation for data workflows, automation, and self-service.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a senior-level contributor in data engineering, analytics, or BI product delivery.
• Experience working across the data stack, from raw data ingestion to delivering polished data products.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, designing scalable and pragmatic solutions.
• Experience with the Microsoft data stack (PowerBI and Azure services - Data Lake, Fabric/Synapse, Databricks) and/or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Business fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scala or Spark.
• Industry experience in software development and/or investment management.
