Product Operations Analyst (Fintech, Web3): Supporting the growth and scaling of hirify.global’s diverse product offerings with an accent on managing all operational support activities, including reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, funding, and settlement. Focus on developing and managing processes, system configurations, and settlement instructions within a global financial system context, ensuring alignment with risk management frameworks.

Location: This is a primarily Luxembourg in office role, requiring reasonable daily commuting. In-office collaboration is expected for 10+ days a month.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds.
• Reconcile positions and balances for various business operations, including company-issued stablecoin.
• Monitor intraday trading and settlement activity in partnership with hirify.global's Trading and Markets team.
• Understand risks and requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, for quick market responses.
• Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries.
• Develop expertise in finance operational flows by detailing existing processes with key collaborators.
• Support a globally distributed customer base for 24x7 product offerings, including weekend and holiday activity.

Requirements

• Desirable hands-on experience in operations, clearing, or settlement, including reconciliation.
• Experience monitoring venues and systems in real-time to resolve exceptions and issues.
• Willingness to work a weekend shift pattern as required.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills in dynamic environments.
• Passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of markets and instruments (cleared, OTC, crypto, derivatives).
• Experience with SQL and crafting queries for daily operations is a plus.
