What you will do

  • Lead the design and delivery of consultancy projects for academic and government organizations, focusing on 4th Generation strategies.
  • Manage project resources, ensuring agreed outcomes are delivered within time, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Oversee high-quality qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, applying structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Develop clear, evidence-based insights and recommendations that inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present high-quality proposals, plans, and reports for senior internal and external audiences.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across higher education and government sectors.

Requirements

  • Proven long-term experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering high-impact outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of, or transferable experience within, higher education, research, innovation, or public policy environments.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize data to produce clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with senior leaders or decision-makers in academic, government, or related organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting complex ideas clearly to varied audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
