What you will do

• Act as a liaison between vendors and the organization.
• Implement and manage vendor programs, marketing, and training initiatives.
• Review and negotiate vendor contract terms.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance.
• Research and resolve invoice and contractual issues and discrepancies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based onsite in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
• At least 3 years of functional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a position-specific role.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with general supervision on moderate to complex projects.
• Proficiency with relevant tools, systems, and procedures.
• Strong judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions.
• Ability to influence others through factual explanation of policies and practices.
