User Operations and Content (Healthtech): Supporting day-to-day user experience operations with an accent on user support workflows and content coordination. Focus on resolving support queries, identifying user feedback patterns, and assisting with campaign launches.
Location: Hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Relocation support is available.

What you will do
- Manage user/customer support workflows, responding to inquiries and escalating complex cases.
- Identify patterns in user feedback and surface insights to product and growth teams.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, SOPs, and maintaining knowledge bases.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for timely delivery of assets and localization.
- Assist in the setup and launch of user engagement and gamification initiatives.
- Support operational tracking and basic reporting of campaign performance.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, including basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and iterative learning.
- Passion for gamification, digital health, and community-driven experiences.
