What you will do

• Assist in managing accurate, timely, and compliant payments to customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and Sales to resolve issues within the Order-to-Cash process.
• Own responding to customer inquiries.
• Manage daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting SLAs.
• Contribute ideas to improve and streamline internal processes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• English: Above-average level required.
• Must be enrolled in a business, economics, finance, or related academic program, or demonstrate clear interest in payment operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Capable of taking on new challenges and a hands-on problem solver.
• Ability to work effectively on teams and simultaneously independently.
• Strong professional communication skills to interact with clients and across teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• French language skills are a big plus.
