What you will do

• Manage personnel evaluation and development processes.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and interviews.
• Ensure smooth employee onboarding.
• Contribute to employee motivation and corporate culture development.
• Assist in employment, position transfers/rotations/dismissals.
• Maintain staff database and assist in personnel policy implementation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry).
• HR interviewing experience.
• Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention.
• Experience in creating and updating company policies.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.
