Business Development Representative (Software): Being the first point of contact for new potential clients and sparking their interest to help conquer the Dutch market with an accent on growing commercial skills and making a daily impact. Focus on creative problem-solving and effective handling of challenges.
Location: Flexible part-time role (20 hours per week) based in the Netherlands (our office is in Amsterdam) with a hybrid work setup. You have the flexibility to work from our office in the city center of Amsterdam or from your home. You can work abroad up to 12 weeks a year (within Europe).

Requirements
- Native level language skills in Dutch required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Creative problem solver who handles challenges effectively.

Hiring process
- Screening call with Recruitment.
- 1st interview with our Country Director for the Benelux market.
- 2nd interview + role play with our Country Director Benelux and a team member.
- 3rd interview with our Chief Revenue Officer.
