What you will do

• Develop and communicate product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, QA) throughout product development.
• Monitor product performance and market feedback for continuous improvement.
• Act as primary contact between development and stakeholders, providing updates and seeking feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management (or 3+ years for Product Manager roles).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven product decisions.
• Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
