What you will do
- Provide daily guidance and direction to Enterprise Support Engineers.
- Lead day-to-day performance of the Enterprise Support queue, identifying trends and driving process improvements.
- Deliver direct coaching, performance feedback, and support onboarding for new engineers.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex AVD, Intune, and Modern Work issues.
- Engage directly with customers via screen share and live troubleshooting sessions.
- Partner with Escalation, Engineering, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise systems experience.
- Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune environments.
- Comfortable leading peers and setting technical standards.
- Clear communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting mindset.
- English: B2 required.
- Work authorization for the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Previous experience supporting cloud-based services or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management concepts.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
- Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Microsoft Azure or ITIL certifications.
