What you will do

• Administer, configure, and optimize Jira (JPM, JSM, JPD) and Confluence tools.
• Serve as the platform lead for Atlassian tools within the Systems Operations department.
• Translate business and process requirements into effective system configurations.
• Support and enhance project management workflows aligned with organizational standards.
• Manage integrations between Jira and other enterprise systems.
• Evaluate new Atlassian features, plugins, and tools, recommending enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools, with deep expertise in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and workflows.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear, actionable guidance.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Atlassian certifications (ACP).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
