What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner to senior Business Development and Marketing leaders, providing strategic guidance on investment decisions and growth prioritization.
• Lead strategic and financial planning processes including monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year long-range plans.
• Partner with Commercial leadership on goal-setting, territory and revenue planning, and performance tracking.
• Own and manage commissions forecasting and accruals, ensuring accurate modeling of variable compensation expense.
• Prepare and update revenue and expense forecasts, communicating performance and identifying data-driven action plans.
• Evaluate go-to-market investments, marketing spend efficiency, partnership opportunities, and pricing strategies through financial modeling.
• Synthesize complex financial and operational data into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• B.A. in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related analytical role.
• 3+ years directly supporting Business Development, Commercial, Sales, or Marketing leaders.
• Strong project management, analytical financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication and logical reasoning.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with analytical tools (SQL) and financial reporting softwares (Oracle or Anaplan).
• Strong interest in FinTech / Crypto and industry knowledge.
• MBA or an advanced degree in business, management or finance.
