What you will do
- Administer and enforce physical security policies at hirify.global data centers and with collocation partners.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and produce detailed reports with remediation plans.
- Create and maintain security training programs for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Lead investigations of security incidents and manage access control processes.
- Engage with customers to ensure security program alignment and satisfaction.
- Travel up to 25%, including international, to oversee site security and training.
Requirements
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in physical security or related law enforcement/military roles.
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in computer science, criminal justice, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in office tools (Mac/Windows/Google Workspace).
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including internationally.
Nice to have
- Electronic Physical Security Certifications (e.g., Genetec, Axis).
- Professional certifications such as PSP, CPP, CPTED.
- IT and computer networking experience.
- Prior people management and project management experience.
