Ventura Brands Oy is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our modern offices in Kalasatama, Helsinki, where we have both an office and our own 100m² content production studio. In this role you will work with the fast-growing Silvery® brand, creating marketing and advertising content and coordinating content creators to make our brand visible globally.




ABOUT US
Ventura Brands Oy is a Finnish ecommerce company founded in 2019. We have built multiple international consumer brands, served over 250,000 customers worldwide, and our products are available on Amazon as well as our own Shopify store.

We are currently focused on growing the Silvery® brand (www.mysilvery.com) in the US market, a premium bedding brand using innovative technology that is rapidly gaining global recognition. We reached over €1 million in monthly revenue with Silvery® just over a year after its launch.

In 2026, we are set to multiply our revenue compared to the previous year. To support this growth, we are now looking to strengthen our team.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conceptualizing creative content ideas and writing them into briefs and scripts


* Planning Meta ad content strategy and writing briefs for content creators


* Coordinating content creators and managing content from idea to finished ad


* Analyzing ad performance data and applying learnings to future content


* Analyzing the conversion path from ads to product pages and continuously optimizing it






WHAT WE EXPECT
* Excellent English language skills and ability to communicate fluently in an international team


* Genuine interest in international ecommerce marketing and a desire to understand what works and why


* Organisation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


* A creative approach and ability to turn ideas into compelling content


* Quick ability to learn new tools and platforms






Previous experience in ecommerce marketing, content production or campaign management is a plus. What matters most is motivation, ability to learn and a proactive attitude. You will receive full support from the team to succeed and grow in the role.
