1. Compliance, Senior Manager - Investment Fund

Essentially a 'Head of' reporting to the CLO. I need a compliance leader with strong expertise in international regulatory frameworks, particularly those related to investment structures and transactional compliance. Familiarity with US/UK regulatory environments is advantageous. Qualified lawyers and regional experience are both preferred but not essential.

2. Company Secretary - Investment Fund

Fluency in Arabic & English is essential. I need a seasoned/certified governance professional with a solid understanding of international governance standards. Must be based in Abu Dhabi (willing to relocate). Experience working with financial institutions/investment firms is essential.
