What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned languages and tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing with peers.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Frontend development experience with React, JSX, and TypeScript.
• Professional knowledge of RDBMS and MSSQL.
• Strong understanding of OOP, DDD, Microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Must be based in Prague for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Backend development experience using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Docker.
• DevOps experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and general automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Scripting knowledge: PowerShell or Bash.
