What you will do

• Create digital assets for marketing campaigns, performance ads, website, landing pages, mobile app, and brand identity systems.
• Define illustration style and visual storytelling.
• Design website and landing page visuals that convert.
• Ensure visual consistency across product and marketing materials.
• Iterate quickly based on performance insights and produce high-quality visuals across multiple formats.
• Contribute to shaping HeyPolo’s long-term brand direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual or graphic design.
• Strong marketing intuition and ability to design visuals that convert.
• Deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• High attention to detail and ability to design in multiple styles.
• Strong taste and care for craft.

Nice to have

• Expertise in performance ads.
• Experience with web and mobile design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
