What you will do

• Coordinate and support regional licensing teams in regulatory submissions and compliance.
• Lead senior-level regulatory engagements and maintain alignment with shifting regulatory landscapes.
• Oversee operational readiness and governance to meet jurisdictional authorisation obligations.
• Provide strategic recommendations on market expansion and regulatory risk to executive leadership.
• Lead and mentor a global regulatory and licensing team to build capability and consistency.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of experience in regulatory licensing, compliance, or related fintech/crypto fields.
• Proven expertise managing complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory authorisation processes.
• Strong cross-regional coordination, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; role requires synthesizing global regulatory inputs.
• Experience leading regional or matrixed teams preferred.
