What you will do

• Plan and oversee game art production projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and efficiency.
• Define roles, create schedules, and manage timelines, especially for Korea-based client requirements.
• Collaborate with Art/Tech Leads and Artists to monitor team performance and ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and communicate daily with Chinese clients regarding status, schedule, and Q&A.
• Identify and mitigate potential production risks and issues, developing effective solutions.
• Foster teamwork and enhance relationships within the art and management teams for efficient collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, operations management, or business management.
• Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 4-5) and English (IELTS 6.5 or above).
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
