Facility Manager (Moscow / Podolsk)
If you love bringing order to complexity and keeping multiple sites running like clockwork — this role is for you
What you’ll own
3 locations: two offices in Moscow + a production facility in Podolsk
Team: 10 people
Operations end-to-end: budgeting, vendors & contractors, tenders, contracts, leasing, renovations, transport, and cross-company projects
Full responsibility for our infrastructure and admin services — from everyday flow to “urgent, please fix today”
What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience managing admin operations across multiple sites (production facility experience is a big plus)
2+ years leading a team
Strong skills in budgeting, tenders, and contract management
Systems thinking, independence, and fast, calm decision-making when things change
