What you will do
- Support the development and execution of sales plans and market trend analysis.
- Lead Joint Business Plans with key customers to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Track performance metrics and implement strategies to improve commerce effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to identify upselling opportunities.
- Manage, recruit, and coach large teams to ensure business results.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Product departments on large transformation programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of commercial, category, or sales experience, with at least 7 years in FMCG.
- Experience leading large teams of up to 50 people.
- Fluent English required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
- Deep knowledge of category management and sales processes for Modern and Distributed Trade.
- Experience with CRM systems and revenue management tools.
