What you will do

• Own the full P&L from Gross Sales to Operating Income.
• Act as a finance co-pilot to global and regional E-commerce and Marketing teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing, promotions, portfolio, and marketing spend.
• Develop and report on key e-commerce KPIs and consolidate results across European markets.
• Lead the implementation of standardized ways of working across regions and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to finance transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multinational finance roles, supporting indirect E-commerce, FP&A, Controlling, or Commercial Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, comfortable working with large datasets and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High standards of ethics, accuracy, reliability, and cross-cultural awareness.
• Proactive, hands-on, and resilient mindset.
