TL;DR
Delivery Manager: Transforming the delivery of impactful data products and insights to leaders with an accent on understanding customer needs, structuring and managing delivery in an an agile way. Focus on coaching the team on agile principles, building plans with key milestones, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the office) in Cardiff, Glasgow, London, or Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK.
Salary: £55,000–£70,000

- Help the team build plans with key milestones and product increments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and risks.
- Coach the team on agile principles and methodologies.
- Connect with the wider delivery community to align practices and extend impact.
Requirements
- Experience working in agile delivery environments, managing multiple sprints.
- Agile qualification (CSM, PSM, or RTE).
- Experience facilitating large requirements and prioritisation workshops.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint.
- Work authorization for the UK is required.
