What you will do

• Maintain Master Data in APO and SAP.
• Calculate material requirements, analyze stock levels, and communicate with production planning on supply shortage risks.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts to suppliers.
• Place orders/call-offs to suppliers and shipping forwarders, monitor shipments, and update delivery dates/quantities when necessary.
• Schedule orders according to factory capacity, project schedules, constraints, block sequence priority, ETD requests, production lead time, etc.
• Create monthly optimal block plan sequences in Proplanner and Cplan.

Requirements

• Knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline, with some specific technical/operational practices built through limited job experience.
• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in the area of supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience, and/or a Master’s degree (or equivalent) with limited work experience.
