Location: Hybrid, with the main workplace in Riga, Latvia

Salary: €2,300–€3,600 gross per month

What you will do

• Drive and improve the test process within the team.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual API, UI, integration, and end-to-end business flow testing.
• Participate in test automation scope definition, develop test scenarios, and analyze results.
• Apply risk-based approaches and ensure proper test coverage.
• Collaborate closely with developers, POs, analysts, UX, and business users.
• Track defects and maintain documentation in Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software testing/QA.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with GUI/Web application testing.
• SQL knowledge.
• English: C1+ required for daily communication with clients and colleagues.

Nice to have

• UI test automation (Gherkin/Cucumber BDD).
• Ability to read C#.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, TeamCity, CI/CD.
• Ability to use modern AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) for test design, analysis, documentation, and optimization.
• ISTQB certification and Insurance domain knowledge.
