Investment Analyst — Stravinsky Capital

Responsibilities:
- Support pipeline review: initial screening, market mapping, industry research, and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain financial models (unit economics, scenarios, sensitivities) and support valuation work
- Support due diligence execution: data requests, advisor coordination, analysis of findings, and workstream tracking
- Assist with portfolio monitoring: KPI tracking, performance analysis, and preparation of portfolio materials
- Prepare high-quality presentations and documents (pipeline reviews, IC materials, fundraising/marketing decks, portfolio updates)
- Support transaction execution across stages—from pitch and diligence to closing—working closely with the deal team

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in VC/PE, investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4
- 1+ year of experience (internships count if highly relevant and deal-oriented)
- Experience preparing investment materials: financial models, research notes, investment memos, and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a top-tier university
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; practical AI prompting skills
