What you will do

• Own and deliver category strategies aligned with business objectives and risk management.
• Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities through commercial models and operational efficiencies.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFP management and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships and contractual risks, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with business units to execute sourcing activities in line with business needs.
• Present procurement strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Results-oriented, ambitious, and passionate about delivering value.
• Skilled in managing end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFPs and contract implementation.
• Comfortable with contract drafting and negotiating complex commercial arrangements.
• Experience working within fast-paced procurement functions and complex supply chain scenarios.
• Strong understanding of category management, including supplier capabilities and commercial models.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
