Salary: $220,000 - $315,000 USD Annual OTE

What you will do

• Lead multi-quarter architectural strategy for modularizing Web (React) and Mobile (Native) codebases.
• Define the future vision for the client-side stack, evaluating and driving adoption of new technologies.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 15-20 engineers, including Engineering Leads and sub-managers.
• Own the hirify.global Design System and CI/CD infrastructure, ensuring "Quality by Default" for frontend and mobile engineering.
• Act as a high-level technical partner, diving deep into technical designs and challenging architectural decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to align platform roadmap with product expansion goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering management, specifically managing other managers or leads.
• Proven experience leading Platform, Core, or Infrastructure teams where customers were other engineers.
• Extensive experience with React on the web and a strong understanding of Native Mobile (Swift/Kotlin) ecosystems.
• Successfully led large-scale architectural shifts or implemented company-wide Design Systems.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Required to work 5 days per week onsite in a fast-paced environment.
