What you will do

• Communicate directly with Account Managers and clients, ensuring product satisfaction.
• Support Account Managers in driving product revenue growth through effective upsell presentations.
• Provide reactive SEO work as required to address client concerns and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and client success.
• Contribute to the strategic oversight of ranking plans to drive client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of SEO and client-facing digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of organic ranking strategies and SEO best practices.
• Experience using SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar platforms).
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with ability to manage priorities.
• Comfortable communicating recommendations to partners or clients.
• US work authorization is required (E-Verify participant).
