Location: Hybrid in Seoul, Republic of Korea, requiring onsite presence 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Act as the general point of contact for all queries to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate team meetings and events, including calendar invites.
• Establish engagements on relevant client Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Coordinate invoicing and billing processes.
• Collate data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Some HR or recruitment coordination experience.
• Local language (Korean) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with applicant tracking or recruitment technology is preferred.
• Strong aptitude for learning technology and maintaining multiple parallel processes.
• Must consistently conduct interactions with key stakeholders in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
