What you will do

• Drive engineering processes to produce a roadmap focused on quality and time to market.
• Work closely with leadership, product, and clinical teams.
• Develop new features from scratch for the behavioral health platform.
• Take full ownership of tasks from A-Z, understanding the gravity of the data.
• Demonstrate agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment, learning independently.
• Successfully communicate complex technical issues and problems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading a team of at least 5 developers.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production SaaS applications.
• Experience building E2E Web Services and FrontEnd components.
• Proficient in React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Possess an analytical mind with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Exhibit great interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in micro frontends architecture.
• Knowledge in building browser extensions.
• Experience working with AWS.
