What you will do

• Explore subscriber behavior and engagement across the game catalog to improve retention and long-term value.
• Analyze cross-game journeys and the overall subscriber experience to improve discovery and platform insights.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with product and game teams to improve player experience.
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into subscriber and game health.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers on analytical projects.
• Communicate data findings clearly and support a data-literate culture.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or similar, ideally with subscription products, games, or consumer apps.
• Advanced SQL and solid R/Python skills for exploratory analysis and statistical work.
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests; good understanding of applied statistics.
• Comfortable building dashboards in tools like Looker, Metabase, Periscope or similar.
• Care about the player experience and can think at both the individual game and portfolio level.
• Able to explain insights to different audiences and create space for discussion and learning.
