What you will do

• Build and evolve developer CLI tooling and environment setup tools.
• Own and improve core CI/CD and linting infrastructure for backend services.
• Maintain and develop shared Go and Python libraries and frameworks.
• Enhance test automation, canary analysis, and release safety tooling.
• Design platform-level abstractions balancing simplicity and power for engineers and AI agents.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, SRE, and security teams on multi-team initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA and eligible to access controlled technology under U.S. export laws.
• Strong experience with Python 3.x including CLI development, templating, typing, and testing.
• Solid experience with Go including shared libraries, CLI patterns, and testing.
• Proficiency with protobuf/gRPC schema design and cross-language integration.
• Experience with Bazel in large monorepos, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of modern CI systems, infrastructure-as-code, and linting/static analysis tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with monorepos and dependency graph analysis.
• Developer experience tooling such as CLI scaffolding and internal frameworks.
• Exposure to canary analysis, progressive delivery, and test data management.
• Experience with Kafka messaging and streaming systems.
• Interest or experience in LLM/AI integration to improve developer workflows.
