TL;DR

Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (HR): Developing and improving Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and projects across multiple countries with an accent on data analysis, recruitment training, and project management. Focus on driving consistency, quality, and data-driven decision making at a Group level for a large international IT organization.

Location: This role is based onsite in Warsaw, Poland.

What you will do

  • Monitor and report on FTE development and hiring trends across countries, building forecasts and supporting workforce planning.
  • Design and deliver practical recruitment workshops for Hiring Managers, promoting structured and effective hiring practices.
  • Research, design, and deliver end-to-end Talent Acquisition projects independently, driving implementation across multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • Support administration of recruitment systems and related vendor contracts, ensuring consistent and effective tool usage across the group.
  • Partner with local Talent Acquisition teams, HR, and business leaders, coordinating communication and acting as a trusted advisor on Talent Acquisition topics.

Requirements

  • BA or MA degree.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, ideally within the IT market.
  • Proven project management experience, including designing and implementing new processes or tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills and experience working with data and reports.
  • Ability to build clear, structured analyses and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different seniority levels and cultures.
