What you will do

• Partner globally to design and deliver AI-enabled platforms for conflicts resolution.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services with emphasis on AI/GenAI use cases.
• Build scalable data processing, workflow, and API solutions for large datasets and real-time event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with cross-functional teams including product, legal, data science, and design.
• Support and modernize legacy systems critical to conflicts resolution business processes.
• Apply modern AI techniques such as LLMs, RAG, and agent-based frameworks to solve business and risk-management problems.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Dallas, Texas, United States.
• Strong programming experience in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience with data stores like SQL, MongoDB, Elastic, and distributed systems such as Kafka.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native services on AWS with CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent and RAG frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or ADK.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular.
• Familiarity with GitLab and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of financial services or control functions like legal, compliance, or risk management.
