Salary: $80,000 - $160,000 (Base + commission)

What you will do

• Manage the entire sales process from qualification to close, achieving or exceeding quota.
• Conduct high-quality online and in-person meetings with prospects in your territory.
• Develop business in the North American region through Account Based Sales Development.
• Become an expert in sustainability and sustainable procurement solutions.
• Serve as a brand enthusiast for hirify.global products and solutions.
• Contribute strategic ideas to advance the company’s values and vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in North America.
• Proven over-achievement versus quota in past sales roles.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of North American corporate business culture.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills for virtual presentations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks autonomously.
