What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams, ranging from graduates to seniors.
• Develop engineering managers and evangelize great engineering practices and processes.
• Set and implement solid performance management with direct reports and teams.
• Be accountable for the product development roadmaps in the teams.
• Actively participate in the Commercial Systems leadership team, collaborating with other leaders.
• Expand your teams by hiring great talent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product users.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
• Proven ability to drive multiple or large teams of software engineers to deliver outstanding results.
• Engineering experience in at least one of the following areas: CRM/ERP systems, Python, data engineering/governance, or distributed integrations.
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills (C1).
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events.

Nice to have

• Performance engineering and DevOps/SRE experience.
• Experience with compliance.
