Location: Hybrid, based in Hyderabad, India, supporting a global network.

What you will do

• Facilitate classroom training and actively maintain theoretical proficiency in assigned subjects.
• Manage the learning environment to ensure productivity and evaluate trainee performance daily.
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainees and share batch-related observations with the Training Manager.
• Manage relevant tasks within learning tools and platforms, including enrolment and scheduling.
• Publish training reports and collect feedback on the effectiveness of training programs.
• Develop, maintain, and document new processes to continuously improve training across the network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a training role, including technical training, performance management, coaching, or mentoring.
• Experience in formulating and implementing training strategies, policies, and procedures for standardization.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience leading and influencing teams or organizations and managing continuous improvement processes.
• English: C1+ or equivalent fluency by CEFR standards required.

Nice to have

• Experience in natural language data labeling, data annotation, linguistic annotation, or other forms of data markup.
• Experience using Generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with critical concepts such as Python, scripting language, and data structures.
• Experience in ML, with a strong understanding of data annotation/ML workflows and concepts.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Experience working with a globally distributed management organization.
