TL;DR

Partner Development Manager (Fintech): Developing understanding of partners' organizations and educate partners on available resources to generate revenue with an accent on drive sales production through regular interaction with partners. Focus on monitoring and reporting on partner production performance, supporting negotiation of pricing, contract renewal and other commercial terms.

Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights in the United States, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

Salary: USD 65,000 - USD 75,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Develop understanding of Partners’ organizations, including roles/responsibilities, key stakeholders, and decision makers.
  • Educate Partners on available Xplor resources to promote self-service.
  • Understand and communicate Product features and benefits to Partners.
  • Drive Sales production through regular interaction with Partners.
  • Monitor and report on partner production performance.
  • Support negotiation of pricing, contract renewal and other commercial terms.

Requirements

  • Must have payments experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and/or related field.
  • At least 2 years related experience managing ISV Partners preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
