TL;DR

Senior UX Researcher / User Researcher: Leading end-to-end user research for shaping and improving user-centred digital services across multiple user groups, with an accent on planning, designing, and delivering high-quality user research. Focus on translating user insights into actionable recommendations and influencing senior stakeholders with evidence-led research.

Location: Hybrid in Leeds, West Yorkshire (1 day per week on-site)

Salary: £500 per day (Outside IR35)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end user research across discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases.
• Plan, design, and deliver qualitative and quantitative research activities.
• Translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and delivery teams.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders using evidence-led research.
• Act as an advocate for user-centred design and research best practice.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or User Researcher.
• Background working on customer or user-facing digital services.
• Experience supporting complex change or transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery environments.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
