What you will do
- Deeply understand data use cases and relationships across the business.
- Define and own the peer review data product strategy and roadmap.
- Define data products with clear quality and usage needs, assessing third-party and internal data value.
- Establish and own ways to measure data ROI, NFRs, and actionable performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products.
- Advocate for data quality and governance, championing new datasets and capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven success in data-heavy product management roles, owning the full product lifecycle.
- Strong technical fluency, able to understand dataflows, schema, and integration challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, balancing business and technical needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver strategic roadmaps and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success.
- Experience informally leading cross-functional teams and driving outcomes.
- Passion for data quality, impact measurement, and upholding research integrity.
- English: B2 required
