What you will do

  • Deeply understand data use cases and relationships across the business.
  • Define and own the peer review data product strategy and roadmap.
  • Define data products with clear quality and usage needs, assessing third-party and internal data value.
  • Establish and own ways to measure data ROI, NFRs, and actionable performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products.
  • Advocate for data quality and governance, championing new datasets and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven success in data-heavy product management roles, owning the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong technical fluency, able to understand dataflows, schema, and integration challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, balancing business and technical needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver strategic roadmaps and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success.
  • Experience informally leading cross-functional teams and driving outcomes.
  • Passion for data quality, impact measurement, and upholding research integrity.
  • English: B2 required
