TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and net new business for enterprise software solutions with an accent on consultative selling, building executive relationships, and developing strategic account plans. Focus on aligning hirify.global solutions with customer business needs and leading complex sales cycles.

Location: Remote within Georgia, Florida, or North Carolina, USA with up to 50% travel required.

Salary: $111,700.00 - $196,300.00

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and acquire new business from prospects and current customers.
  • Present product information and strategically solve deal-level challenges.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines to achieve and exceed goals within designated market sectors.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver quarterly revenue targets.
  • Understand customer business environments and advocate for existing customers to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct, outside sales experience selling enterprise software solutions (multi-million dollar transactions, 6-24 month sales cycles).
  • Experience selling Cloud, SaaS, and AI-based solutions in CX, CCaaS, WEM, Customer Journey Analytics, Conversational AI, or CRM.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic relationships with C-level executives within the F500 enterprise space.
  • Ability to communicate strategic vision and capabilities, connecting them to customer business challenges.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPIC selling methodology.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
