TL;DR

Focus on partnering with sales teams to articulate the value of hirify.global through technical presentations and demonstrations, ensuring measurable customer outcomes.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Portugal)

What you will do

  • Support and enable hirify.global technology and reseller partners with presales guidance, training, and technical coaching.
  • Partner with Account Executives to sell hirify.global solutions into larger Enterprise and Strategic companies.
  • Articulate the value of hirify.global through presentations, demonstrations, and open discussions with customers.
  • Design end-to-end cloud contact center solutions integrating omnichannel routing, AI engines, CRM, and workforce optimization.
  • Guide customers in responsible AI deployment, including governance, guardrails, and operational oversight.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot implementations, ensuring measurable customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technology concepts to all customer levels.
  • Demonstrated capability working with AI or conversational AI platforms (LLMs, NLP, generative AI, RAG, or virtual agents).
  • Understanding of enterprise-level applications and IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to travel (40-60%).
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required; additional European languages beneficial.

Nice to have

  • Contact/Call Center Software experience.
  • CRM integration knowledge.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow configuration, or low-code integration frameworks.
