What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical support contact for customers leveraging Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) and eSign products.
  • Apply technical knowledge to address a wide range of integration issues for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and foster product improvements.
  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance support practices and processes.
  • Expedite issue resolution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of experience, focusing on ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
  • Proficiency in English speaking skills to enhance communication and troubleshooting processes.
  • Ability to work from home during day shifts.
