What you will do
- Lead enterprise-wide agile transformation programs across multiple business lines, functions, and geographies.
- Define and implement agile operating models, transformation roadmaps, and adoption strategies.
- Implement and optimize scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile.
- Design portfolio and program-level ceremonies, governance models, and reporting structures.
- Drive transformations across banking domains and work with senior leadership to align goals with business strategy.
- Develop playbooks, guidelines, and frameworks to standardize agile practices across the organization.
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., time-to-market, productivity, quality, customer value delivery) for agile transformation.
- Ensure agile practices are adapted to banking environments, considering regulatory, compliance, and operational constraints.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as an Agile Coach with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Hands-on expertise in guiding organizations through their agile journey and scaling agile practices.
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred, but large transformation experience is a must.
- SAFe Agile certification is required.
