What you will do

• Take responsibility for programme-level reporting and communication.
• Develop structures to make data understandable and prepare materials for decision-making.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks, consolidating project inputs into programme-level updates.
• Define the communication approach for Project Athene, producing newsletters and internal updates.
• Manage internal communication channels such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.
• Support governance practices by defining meeting structures and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Experience in programme or portfolio reporting and communications.
• Strong proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across audiences and formats.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
