- Take responsibility for programme-level reporting and communication.
- Develop structures to make data understandable and prepare materials for decision-making.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks, consolidating project inputs into programme-level updates.
- Define the communication approach for Project Athene, producing newsletters and internal updates.
- Manage internal communication channels such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.
- Support governance practices by defining meeting structures and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Experience in programme or portfolio reporting and communications.
- Strong proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Experience with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across audiences and formats.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
