What you will do

• Creating, updating, and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Leading the development and execution of emergency response plans.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the security team.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for security matters.

Requirements

• Typically 5-7 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, General management or a related field is preferred.
• UAE nationality is preferred
• Developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Managing access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Conducting security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
• Experience with emergency response and crisis management planning.
• Knowledge of local UAE security policies

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate or government setting is often highly valued.
