What you will do

• Measurably reduce manual customer contacts for general and transactional questions.
• Improve AI answer quality through human and automated evaluation frameworks.
• Expand AI coverage and ensure reliable handoff to human support when needed.
• Develop smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly journeys to enhance AI support satisfaction and usage.
• Support building the product roadmap with clear outcomes and measurable success criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and unlock new opportunities for AI support.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager with a customer-centric and data-driven approach.
• Solid grasp of LLM concepts, agentic workflows, and proven experience deploying AI products to production.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning, with the ability to explain your thought process.
• Confident in driving and executing manual and automated EVAL sets to ensure AI quality standards.
• Ability to convert EVAL outcomes into improvement requirements, with strong PRD writing and stakeholder management.
• +3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with an e-commerce focus.

Nice to have

• Experience working with OpenAI integrations.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel metrics, and defining KPIs.
