We’re looking for a Company Goal Setting Expert to architect, coordinate, and continuously improve the company-wide goal-setting process.
This role sits at the center of strategy execution — ensuring structured planning cycles, executive alignment, and disciplined tracking across divisions.

What You’ll Own
— Design and continuously refine the company-wide goal-setting framework (OKRs or alternative methodologies)
— Govern annual and quarterly planning cycles (timelines, roles, decision points, quality standards)
— Facilitate executive and cross-divisional goal alignment sessions
— Translate company strategy into clear goal-setting principles for divisions
— Support cascading goals across organizational levels
— Establish structured plan vs. actual tracking and progress review routines
— Ensure transparent and consistent communication of objectives
— Challenge senior leaders constructively to improve clarity, focus, and measurability
— Build internal capability through templates, training, and advisory support
— Continuously improve the process based on feedback and business outcomes
What We’re Looking For
— 3+ years as Project Manager, Strategic Manager, Business Planning Specialist, or OKR/Goal-setting owner
— Proven experience launching or orchestrating KPI / OKR processes
— Strong knowledge of corporate goal-setting methodologies
— Experience driving process improvements and change management
— Advanced English (C1+)
— Experience in global or cross-cultural environments
You are structured, analytical, and comfortable guiding senior leaders through strategic prioritization and alignment.
